Kobra, установите gdb (если не установлен) в линукс:

sudo apt update
sudo apt install gdb

Запускать сервер через hlds_run
В hlds_run замените ulimit -c 2000 на ulimit -c unlimited , запускайте hlds_run с ключом -debug
запустить можете сервер, например через

screen -A -L -m -d -S CSSERVER ./hlds_run -pingboost 3 -conclearlog -ignoresigint -game cstrike -master +ip 0.0.0.0 +port 27015 -noipx +maxplayers 32 +map de_dust2 -debug

После падения (Segmentation fault) в папке сервера появиться core.xxx файл - где xxx цыфры. а также файл debug.log с информацией о краше. Прикрепите данную информацию сюда.

I had everything running as you said and there is no core.xxx file generated

I added to /etc/sysctl.conf the data from this thread : DDOS, UDP-flood (базовая защита iptables) | Dev-CS.ru . Is there anything that can interfere with the operation of the server and causing this error?

Apparently there is a problem with reaimdetector. I disabled plugins 1 by 1 and found the cause of the problem was reaimdetector.amxx but I have no idea why...

if you are getting ddos attacks, this tutorial will not gonna help you, better to talk with your hosting provider.
you tried to launch server with reaimdetector.amxx only?

Если сервер падает при запуске то отключайте по очереди компоненты пока не выявите место проблемы. Отключите метамод и запустите сервер, если проблема решена то включите метамод без модуля амхх, если проблем нет значит в каком то плагине амхх , включайте амхх и отключайте все плагины, потом включите половину плагинов, потом половину от второй половины плагинов и тд. Возможно из за сокетов и подключений. Есть подозрение на работу с базами данных.

I found the problem.It is related to modules. Apparently there is a limit of number of loaded modules or something.I removed a less important module,enabled again reaimdetector and it all works fine.
